Shipping and Transportation Information

For orders placed through our site, the shipping fee is free of charge over 500 TL, but when you choose the payment at the door option, a 15 TL collection fee is charged. This amount is reflected on your invoice at the time of ordering.

When will my order be given to cargo ?

Once your order is entered into the system as "APPROVED", it will be delivered to the cargo within 1 business day at the earliest and 3 business days at the latest. Excludes Sundays and public holidays.

The order I made via Cash on Delivery appears to be cancelled, what should I do?

In case of shopping with payment at the door, you must enter your contact information as name, surname, telephone number, full address (neighborhood, avenue, street, door number, apartment number, city, company name if there is a district). Orders with missing/incorrect contact information will be cancelled. Products will not be delivered to customers with missing information. You can place an order again by updating all your contact information.

At what time will my order be delivered?

Your order is sent by MNG Cargo to the delivery address you specified during working hours of 08:30-17:30. Cargo deliveries are not made on weekends, these hours are valid for deliveries made on weekdays.

Will I Pay for Return Shipping?

If there is a problem with your order caused by the cargo or by us, you can send the product to us by MNG Cargo without paying the shipping fee. From the day you receive the product, you can inform us on our line at 0850 242 34 25 within 3 business days and send the product by MNG Cargo within 14 business days.

How can I change the delivery address of my order?

We cannot make any changes to your address after your order is invoiced and shipped. After you receive your tracking code via SMS to your mobile phone from MNG cargo, you can change your new address by calling MNG cargo and notifying them.

What Happens If They Cannot Find Me at the Cargo Delivery Address?

The cargo company delivers your order to the address you specified. It leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch if you are not at your address. If you do not receive your package from the branch within three days, your order will be returned to us.

Do You Have International Delivery?

Currently, we only deliver within the borders of Türkiye.
